Help need help urgently!

Ok guys someone made this skin for me and its all messed up in FF, I asked a few people and some said it looks messed up in IE and in FF. THis guy copied the code from my main page so just to let you knw I didnt use IFrame.
Ive been ttrying to fix this for about 2 hours now and i havent been succesful.

Working fine for me on IE. I'll see if I can test run it on FF. The browser shouldn't affect templates unless it has some javascript running around or codes that aren't meant for FF

The header is messed up in FF.
