Modifying the infractions system to be a "mob rule" system
 

I was looking to make a small change to the infractions system which would enable a "community infraction" system where all members would have access to the infractions system and could give them (which would be worth 1 point each) and if a member acquired a set amount of points they would be banned. All of that already works but the issue is if we let all members access the infraction system there isnt any limit on how many infractions you can leave so that system could very easily be abused.

So what I was looking to do it add a field to the usergroup settings (where you turn infractions on and off but right below that add a value there where you get have an option for number of infractions you can give every 24 hours or some arbitratry time) so each regular member could only post 1 infraction in a 24 hr period (for example) but you would select the number each usergroup could leave and then you just start denying access after they submit more than the value. Its pretty similar to your addon but a bit different so I was wondering if you had any ideas.

It would also let the community police itself of sorts which is something I think many people would be interested to do because it would take some of the pressure off of the mods.
