Have you changed the e-mail address on your licence or here, or has your licence expired ?

HostileAdam 10-16-2006 05:00 PM

i didnt change the email, it was just working today, and my license doesnt expire until April 2007

Have you changed your email address here?

If not, you might want to log into your members area and check the expiration date of your licence. If this does not resolve the problem you might want to send a support ticket in via the form in your members area to find out why from the staff at vBulletin.com

Then I don't know, we don't control the system, you will need to ask at vb.com.

Marco van Herwaarden 10-16-2006 05:15 PM

There is nothing wrong with the system, it is correct that you are showing as unlicensed.

Please check your email for message from vBulletin and check your licenses.

I bought my license in Aug of this year and it is showing me as unlicensed as well. I use the same email address for both boards. Steve Machol told me to come here on a post I made on the .com, so I have replied to that post letting him know that I should not be listed as unlicensed.

I can send Private messages to you... Only Licensed members can have that...

Yeah, I notice now that the message is gone. Not sure why or how. It does seem to be fixed though. [shrug]
