Could you at least be specific, more detailed? What are your results before/after?

sportsoutlaw 10-13-2006 04:27 PM

I only have a before/after for one forum. After having it installed on a 2 year old forum, my "entry" url's increased almost 5 times what is was. I recently did a restructure on this site and moved the forum to a new URL so it is in the "starting" over process again and I have only had it at this new URL for around a month, but search engine traffic is picking up quickly.

I am running vbseo on 5 forums now, one that is 6 months old and getting over 600 referrals a day from google, and 3 other almost brand new forums.

I think its rather hard to tell what results vBSEO has done for vBulletin installs. Some people report a dramtic increase in revenue from CPC programs such as adsense, some report a jump in the SERPs and Page Rankings. Then you have some who report nothing, or have results that arent desirable or worth typing out. One thing is certain that it takes a period of time to start seeing the results.

Since its almost impossible to have a perfectly controlled experiement of two identical boards, one with vBseo and one without to see which does better its near impossible to tell where any one would be without it, as compared to where they are with it.

How long did you use Vbseo before you determined this?
