Installing VBookie

If i want to import the XML for VBookie file it says invalid file!
Does anyone know what i am doing wrong? i have version 3.5.4.

I already have uploaded files on the server.

Anyone please? Ohyeah the file that fixes line 41 doesn't work it keeps telling me its an Invalid file.
