Yellow / White Pages Directory!

I seriously need this capability. Any suggestions?

I tried PHPMyDirectory which looks nice but they have some weird key security that talks back to their servers. Their server goes down? So does your admin access. Simply not acceptable.

I'd love something that was integrated with vBulletin but I would use something standalone if needed. I'm surprised that no one has jumped on a mod like this. Seems like a fairly common need.
