Needed: Attachment permissions etc.
 
What I am looking for is a way to use permissions for attachments and forum based attachments.

Basicially I have a torrent tracker which I will integrade into my vb 3.62 .. This is based on attachments and I would like to allow this torrent attachment only in a specific forum.

Example :

Category : Torrents
Subforum : Public Torrent
Subforum : Moderated Torrents

So basically it needs to be combined with permission too ....

Does someone know something like this ?
