Help with word replacement mod.

hey,

could anyone help me with a plugin that would let me replace certain words with certain others durin the post process.

ie. when someone clicks post, i want a piece of code to scan through what they wrote, and replace certain words with url's (eg. RTFM with RTFM).

anyone?
