User Attachment Browser?

I thought I had seen this hack a while back, but can't seem to locate it now.

Anyone seen a hack that will allow users to browse all attachments made by other users? Basically the same look as the attachment manager in UserCP, but is viewable by all users, and they can view any/all attachments made by another user (in forums that they have permission to view of course).

Not really a hack, it's built in. Here's the link
Code:

profile.php?$session[sessionurl]do=editattachments&u=$post[userid]&showthumbs=0

Thanks. I didn't know that was visible by other members.

I have an old file for browsing attachments. I had to get some modifications done with the vB 3.0 to 3.5 update, and I'd love to have the old Searchable Attachment Browser working again, but I'm not a coder and can't find anyone to do it, even after offering to pay.

I'm using the old 'Fileslist.php' - http://Elsmar.com/Forums/fileslist.php

There used to be one called attachment_browser.php which allowed users to search for attachments by name or portions thereof.

Version 2 Summary:
Search, list, filter, sort, etc. for attachments from vBulletin posts in forums that the user has permission to view. Also an attachment summary page is available.

I'm very surprised that the vBulletin people and/or developers haven't paid much attention to users being able to search attachments the same as searching for key words in searching forum threads.
