UserIDs and Usernames

I remember an alternate way to link to profiles, but I can't remember what the variable was...

Something like member.php?name=[whatever]. >_< Help?

I dont see why you want to hide userid's really, unless its for human readable purposes..

Anyway member.php? can be changed to member.php?username= X
