Purge Images From URLs When Posting
 

Ok this may be a rediculous request, however, what I was looking for was something that would purge an image from a URL and make it an attachment.

For example, a member posts an image using the IMG tag...instead of it being linked, vbulletin strips the image from the URL and attaches it automatically.

The reason I would like to know if this could be done or if it is available is because people post images and then those images are removed from there original location which in turn ends up as that dreaded red X.
