Multiple announcements/ threads
 

I need a mod to enable one of two possibilities
either
announcements to selected forums (ideally preset list, or if not tickbox)
- currently announcements are global or to forums one by one and I do NOT want to slog through 45 diferrent forums twice a week

or

duplicate posts to start a thread in selected forums (ideally preset list, or if not
tickbox)
but each thread must then be independent so replies must go only to the one forum in which they are written.

I can pay a bit.

Plase plese someone at least tell me it can/ can't be done!
I really want to buy Vbulletin but ...
