I need Permission to download Hacks
 
Hey Admins / Mods,

I am a php Developer and web designer, I am working on Vbulletin Mods and Graphics for my Client.....

And when i asked him for license he didnt gave it to me!! saying tht i shall leech it!! So can u plz give me access on your board to Download FEW HACKS!!

Tell your Client that he should enter your email you registered here in the Customer Area of vBulletin.
