Making New Style Default

hey folks
i just changed my style to a new style that is 3.6.2 compatible but vbulletin keeps displaying my old template as default unless i log in to my admin account. How do I make the new style default for everyone to see? I tried unchecking the old style and everything but cant seem to make it work.

any thoughts?
