.htaccess file - one domain gets 500 error?

Hi sorry if I posted this in the incorrect forum.

I believe my problem lies in the .htaccess file. Hopefully someone knows whats going on. I have 2 websites stored on my server. One works, the other does not.

http://www.ruleoneforum.com (Works)
http://www.dillybob.com (No longer works...500 server error)

This change appears to have happened after I made some changes to .htaccess file for a vbseo installation. Could the changes to the .htaccess file have had anything to do with the 500 server error on www.dillybob.com?

Here is my .htaccess for reference

PHP Code:

# Comment the following line (add '#' at the beginning)
# to disable mod_rewrite functions.
# Please note: you still need to disable the hack in
# the vBSEO control panel to stop url rewrites.
RewriteEngine On

# Some servers require the Rewritebase directive to be
# enabled (remove '#' at the beginning to activate)
# Please note: when enabled, you must include the path
# to your root vBulletin folder (i.e. RewriteBase /forums)
RewriteBase /

RewriteRule ^((urllist|sitemap).*\.(xml|txt)(\.gz)?)$ vbseo_sitemap/vbseo_getsitemap.php?sitemap=$[L]

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -f
RewriteCond
%{REQUEST_FILENAME} (admincp|modcp|clientscript|cpstyles|images)/
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ $[L]

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME}index\.php -f
RewriteRule
^(.*)$ $1index.php [L]

RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} !vbseourl=
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !chat
RewriteRule
^(.*\.php)$ vbseo.php?vbseourl=$1&%{QUERY_STRING} [L]

RewriteRule ^$ vbseo.php?vbseourl=index.php [L]
RewriteRule ^(archive/.*)$ vbseo.php?vbseourl=$1&%{QUERY_STRING} [L]

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond
%{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule
^(.+)$ vbseo.php?vbseourl=$1&%{QUERY_STRING} [L]

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^ruleoneforum\.com$ [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*) http://www.ruleoneforum.com/$1 [L,R=301]

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^rule1forum\.com$ [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*) http://www.ruleoneforum.com/$1 [L,R=301]

Is all that really necessary? I figured this wouldn't require more than adding a line of code to the htaccess file.

If its truly ncessary to get a support ticket then where do I get information on that?

Its possible that that domain is not allowed to make those sorts of changes.
