Problems installing the MySQL

Note: I am transfering from PC to webserver.
I have just got my hosting and I am having trouble trying to install the Database into the webhosting.

I have done the forum on my PC and I have it perfect and now I want to upload it, so I FTP'ed the files to the server and I am in PHPMyAdmin trying to install the database but I am getting this error.

When I uploaded the files I never changed any of the CHMOD's and so if I need to change any of them let me know what dir's I need to change but at the moment my main job is to get the forum working online.

What I need is a guide that I can upload the forum from my PC to the server.

I am not very good when it comes to editing files and so I think I have done the config file wrong for server based but I can't see how that will affect the mysql I am trying to add.

In PhpMyAdmin you should see on the left a drop down to select the databases available to you on the server. Select your database, then use the import option
