Democratic moderating?
 

Anyone know of a mod that is 3.6 compatible that will basically make all members of a certain group moderators by allowing them to vote on posts and members? The system I have now uses the rep system. So, when a person gets to -10 rep, they are automatically banned. This is slow because it runs through a cron job, and doesn't do anything about what was posted. I'd like to use a mod where if a post or member gets a certain amount of votes, action is taken, whether it's deleting the post or putting the member in a banner or spammer group. Any ideas?

why not just enable the usergroup to give out infractions?

I have did that, I was actually excited about the infraction system, but if a user is hit with one infraction by one member, then the icon goes away. Is that a configuration option I'm missing? Because I'd like for one member to give one infraction point, and any member be able to receive multiple infraction points in any one day.
