how can I place a 468x60 ad from adsense (img only) to fit in or around this location? Is this even supported here? Sorry if not :(

Also, can i make this ad only appear for guests and not registered members?

furthermore, does this placement violate google's TOS? what about running other ads elsewhere in the page not by google adsense..would that be a violation of the TOS?
