Word censor that only applies to select forums?

I want to put a word censor on ++++, shit, etc but only have it censor words in a certain forum and its sub forums. Or maybe later on even add some more forums under the censor. But i dont want to censor the whole board. If this can be done already, how? Otherwise could it be written? Version 3.6.x please (im on 3.6.1)
