Table related design question
 

Hey all,

I've been working on www.indigosociety.com for the past couple days and that left navigation is a little buggy. If I put an adsense ad in it, it's completely distorted and doesn't work properly.

Can anyone help me by looking at the source and making it more "efficient or clean" so to say?

Go ahead and "view source" from the right click menu on indigosociety.com

Also search for "<!-- google code here -->" in the source and you'll see where I am trying to put it.

Also the text links aren't "white" in internet explorer, but they are in firefox. Any help on that?

One other thing is that the navigation and adsense above the navigation touch the "header" in internet explorer. They don't in firefox. It seems like padding doesn't work. Any idea on how to fix this?
