Creating a moderator with some administrator privileges

Hello,

I am running a vB 3.5.x forum and I have one of the moderators that also belongs to the Admin group. I would like to know if there is any way for this special moderator not to be able to change privileges for other administrators or accessing other administrators profiles so he can't change their password.
