I would like a hack that doesn't allow any one , to edit an ADMIN post, like if there is other admins in the forum or moderators, I don't want them to edit the admin post in any forum userid=1

no, you either give your staff the permissions to edit post or not. you cannot by default prevent a single users posts from being edited.
