adding graphic border to categories
 
I am trying to add a border to each category, and can't figure out how in the world to do it. Which templates need to be added and where exactly to put the tables needed for it.

I figure it's just a simple matter of making a 3x3 table that has the middle cell hold the current code for the categories...but like i said...can't find where to put it...tried tons of different places.
