SQL error please help

I changed hosts. my old host Db was named browie_forum my new one is browieco_forum. I have a feeling that's 1 of my problems here is a cropped picture of the error i get when i try to import my .txt SQL file.

That looks to me like you new host is running an older version of mysql, it doesn't understand the collate (and possibly the character set) commands.
