No url in the thread till user have N amount of posts

I want to limit users not be allowed to post URLs in the thread till they have N posts. How can I do that?

you can do this is usergroups ;)

The purpose of this will be limiting the users who join the forum just to spam. Usually they do it on their first message

So I need a hack which will not allow users to post on their first message.
They will need to make 10 posts for example before can post URLs in the message.

where in 3.54 can you disable link posting for a certain usergroup or title i can't find it in usergroups, thanks in advance
