modifying vBulletin Options
 
Hi,
I am not sure where I would post this question, so if it is in the wrong location I apologize and please move it to the correct location.

My question . I would like to add some options to the vBulletin Options section in the AdminCP. I am running 3.5.4 vBulletin. I have a general idea of the code I would be adding, but what I am not sure of is where do I make the change. Do I make the change in a .php file, if so which one or in a template file, if so which one?
