Custom User Field Set by Mods
 

This is a bit hard for me to explain, but what I need is a mod that could do something like the following.

I need it to show a custom title(not user title) that would show up around where their location shows up. So for example, under "Location: Kansas City, MO" it would show "Rank: Captain"(just an example). The moderators of this forum can adjust people's ranks in the CP with a pull/slide down option menu that has all the ranks listed. They select a rank for that person, click submit, and now in that persons profile and under their avatar with each post, it shows their rank.

If there's anything even near this that already exists, please let me know.

Or now that I think about it more, something liek that stars hack where the stars show up under your username would even work if there was a way to make it so Mods chose how many stars you were awarded. This way I could just make a custom image instead of stars for each rank, and the mods could set it that way.
