show members list to staff

Can someone help me with this modification?

I need to restric the members list access only to the staff of my board: Administrators, Moderators. Is for security reasons, and I dont want to desactivate it for complete coz my staff needs some info from it.

just enable/disable the Member List access via usergroup permissions.
