Request for Change on Retro Blue Skin
 
Can't get a hold of the guy to ask about changes to his skin. I don't know if this sort of thing is ethical in this type of developer community but I just to add back some fo the original type elements that come with the latest VB.

Such as the Welcome member message and PM's in the upper right corner.
