Thread Title Clean Up
 

I know im not tha only one who has users that seem to make thread titles looked jacked up. I was wondering if a hack can be made to where if a user makes a thread like:

president bush pulls troops out of iraq

or

PRESIDENT BUSH PULLS TROOPS OUT OF IRAQ

It'll automatically put the thread in upper/lowercase format like:

President Bush Pulls Troops Out Of Iraq

Cant you just turn the shout prevention option on in Vbulletin options?

Not sure if that will work although I never tried it but what about people that make threads in all lower case? is thier a whisper option...hahaha
