Header Question

I have a little header problem.
How can get the logo and the links under it to look like the skin on the link before?
I also noticed that everytime I use a custom logo the forum itself is about a few pixels larger on the right than the logo. Does anybody know what I can do to fix this? Thanks in advance. :)
