Ok, template mod request (header maybe)

Sorry if this has been covered, but I spent an hour last night and couldn't find it. I would like the navbar on top and the site logo below it. Then the right and left modules are surrounding the logo. If it sounds confusing, and example can be seen at nasioc.com I don't promote them, i am just a big fan of the site as I drive a rex. Anyway, it looks very simple, but I am lacking the knowledge to do it. Help on this would be appreciated. Thanks
