How Do I add it to my Profiles that it counts how many people you have refered?

Turn on Referrals in General Options.

If you are using beta 3 it should come as standard. If you're not using it then upgrade to beta 3.
If you've changed the getinfo template you might need to look in the default template to see what the variable is called.

Ok Hey I have it on, But How Do I insert it into the Register page also, so it can be type in like x refered him and then its count toward that number?

Should be there by default. You might want to look at the register_adult default template if you've customized it any to see what code needs to be there.
