Restrict access by member duration?

Is there a hack out there that will allow be to restrict access to members who have been around for a certain number of days?

Or even better, days AND posts?

I dont think so, but you could do that using the VB Groups.. just make a promotion so that it puts them in a group which restricts them.. i.e. 30 days and less than 2 posts
