vb.org Archive - Custom vB pages

I've done a couple of searchs yet haven't found a decent answer to this question. I just want to create a custom page with my skin. What is the best way to do this? What are the advantages or disadvantages of using bbcode, php, html ect. I guess I should add that I am using the latest vBulletin with vBadvanced.

I am running a modification for the Source Engine and I want some custom pages like, about (what the mod is about), team (team information), media (to display all of our current media).
