if we reinstall vb on the same database will it delete all data in the database?

and abt why we get these db error msges
Database error in vBulletin :

Invalid SQL:

FROM datastore

MySQL Error : Table 'stephensforum.datastore' doesn't exist
Error Number : 1146

and now is it just safe to upgrade(bcoz we had nulled version for testing purposes) or we shud comepletely reinstall
