Registration Questions

While I can't upgrade my board to 3.6 right now for various reasons, I'd still like to stop spam bots from signing up. I have seen some people make a simple question such as "how many wheels do bikes have" then if the question is answered incorrectly, the registratino session is terminated.

How would I go about doing this?
