Why does my promotion not work?
 

Hi peeps

I have set up a promotion, Any users with less than 2 posts get put into a new group, Please see image as its actually putting members in that have more than 2 posts?

Any ideas please?

You can only promote on more than x posts.

If you want less than x posts to be one group and more than x to be another group then your registered users group will need to be the less than x and the one that they are promoted to the more than x.

Eg my site.

New members go into usergroup id = 2 (Registered Users)

At 5 posts they are then promoted to a new group (id=9) with some more permissions.

At 50 posts another promotion for more permissions (id=10)

At 100 posts another promotion for more permissions including hidden forums (id=11)
