integrating other pages of my site

hello there

i am very new to vb. please help me

i have the following stucture of my server:

/root
/root/testpage.php
/root/vbulletin/

i want testpage.php is only accesible to vb member. if the already logged in content of testpage.php displayed. if not, they will be redirected to loginpage on forum. after successful login, they again redirected to testpage.php

sorry 4 my english. any idea what to do?
