Memberlist restrictions

Hi folks,
Is it possible - via a code hack or other method - to get the Memberlist to ONLY show users that have group number 6 as a primary, secondary or additional usergroup?

I can get it to work if the primary group is 6, but not if an additional usergroup is 6...I don't want to show anything other than these folks on the memberlist. Is there a way to do it, please?
