Cant find how to turn on Subcriptions

Im looking to turn on Subscriptions on my site to show up when Members register but cant find the option. Can somone tell me where I can find it? I also searched before asking but didnt find any info. THanks all.

Noone on this simple question?

Admin CP > vBulletin Options > User Registration Options > Default Registrations Options
