Hi there sorry for bother you but i got a couple of questions.

There is a pluging or product that Shows the Moderators how many post on Moderation they have i mean it shows on the showthread display if they have some post on moderation to allow them or not so i dont know the name of it but i will be glad if some one help me out (i use the search lots of times)

kk my other question, i saw on a forum like 1 week ago about a hack that shows a little image like 3x3 image on their nick and when they are connected it shows that i think its the rank image 3x3 or something :) i would like to know what name of it is.
