How can I add more games in the arcade?

I compressed a game into .zip with winrar and then i upload it to the arcade/zip/ directory. I went to admincp->arcade->add new game and I scrolled down and the game was there (at the /zip direstory). I pressed install but it said that there was an error:

ZIP is not compatible. Install Failed
