Auto mail/pm when member reach "x" amount of posts?

Don't know if there is a setting or a hack but I'd like to have a automated message sent out to all users of my board once their individual posts reach let's say 100.

I have a few features that auto enables when they reach that amount of posts but no way of auto-notifying them.

Anyone?
