No, name change requests are a low priority. There are other things that need to be complete that benefit you as a member of the community. :)

i can vouch for dannys great customer service and quick reply. hell get it done just give him a little bit of time thats all.

It will never be a month, the most would be a week and even that is rare. If it goes over a week, I most likely slipped my mind and you should simply PM again with a nice poke. :)
