how do i get javascript popup box to stay on top?

I have a javascript popup box with some custom content in it (an audio player) however whenever i click on the other browser window which launched the popup, the popup window gets placed behind the original browser window. Is there anything i can do to override this, in other words, ALWAYS keep the popup on top unless it's closed or minimized?
