Force Thread Rating on Reply
 

I've been looking for the best way to do this and could use some suggestions. I started by following the same path as the method to detect the minimum amount of characters inputed, but to do this would require that an extra parameter be propogated through a couple of javascript functions. Currently these functions check min characters and whether the subject is empty. Is there another way of validating input?

I think this is exactly what I've been looking for.

I want to add the rating option (not necessarily force one) to the quick/advanced reply process. This is desperately needed.
