Ok, try this impex problem...
 

Hello...

1st using vb 3.5.5.
2nd using ImpEx build version : 1.66 - downloaded last night
3rd the problem i have:

Since last week i'm hosting a new clan at our server and wanted 2 import their database (users, posts etc.) last night 2 my vb.

The first problem:
impex always wants my customer number 4 each step i do. I don't think that's normal.

The second problem: the 2 databases are allready installed in the same account (but in different databases) That means they have exactly the accessdates exept the databasenames and everytime i try 2 "Check and update database" i'm getting the message:
"Failed Check database permissions and connection, or table prefix to ensure its correct."

Whats the matter with this Problem? Can anyone explain that 2 me?

P.S.: Impex not installed as a standalone Version...

what software are you importing from?

what table prefixes have you put in the impex config file?

the old board runs on wbb 2.3.4. and i think i've put the right table prefixes in the config file "bb1_" --> thats how i put it in...
