How do I extend the # Viewing thing to show up in the forums that aren't listed o HP?

So I want that little thing that says # Viewing that shows up on the homepage forums to also show up on the forums that are inside of other forums (i guess they would be subforums).

For example see ataricommunity.com and go to one of the genres like Action. I want that Viewing X to show up next to those forum names.

How could I do that? What template or phrase do I need to change?
