Extra Password for Admin CP

I want extra security just in case someone hacks my account on my site. If we have a password guarding the acp as well as mine then it upgrades the security quite a bit. So you would be putting in your own password as well as a set password to protect acp!

Put a .htaccess file in the admincp directory with a password.
